What is Stretch-n-Grow?
Stretch-n-Grow is a great way to introduce children to the fun-filled world of fitness. This program is designed to give each child a good feeling about themselves by building their self confidence. Each class will help to develop balance, large and small muscle coordination, strengthening, flexibility and a healthy heart. Our class is designed to work with toddlers, preschoolers and school age children at developmentally appropriate skill levels. Each class is 30 minutes and involves lots of movement while encouraging sweating through our high energy games, upbeat kids music and interactive stories. Nutrition and a healthy life-style made fun!
What is a class like?
Each class is designed to educate the children on our five healthy habits: 1. Eating Healthy, 2. Daily Exercise, 3. Proper Rest, 4. Positive Attitude and 5. Good Hygiene. All classes include muscle recognition and at minimum 20 minutes of aerobic exercise. We encourage sweating and build self confidence by setting our expectation high enough for each child to actively participate and stay challenged. Click for a brief preview of class.
